Purpose
These terms govern the booking of psychology sessions and related services offered on this website, provided by Jorge Pastor Ruiz de la Fuente.
Services and prices
The services, their descriptions and their prices are listed on the services page. Prices are in euros and are final: sessions are exempt from IGIC (the Canary Islands indirect tax) as a health service. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and the price is the same at the practice and online.
How to book
You book the appointment through the appointment link (Google Calendar) and confirm the booking with me on WhatsApp. Sessions can be held in person at the practice or by video call (Google Meet, Zoom or Teams). Each session of a package is booked separately.
Payment
Payment can be made online when booking, by card through SumUp, or at the practice, in cash or by card. You can ask for an invoice for each session. For the detailed report, the cost of the tests is added to the price; the 7-day monitoring can be paid 50% in advance and the rest on handover, or in full when you collect the wristband at the practice, where a €50 deposit is also paid.
Cancellations and changes
Let me know as soon as you can: if you cancel and tell me, it is free, even with less than 24 hours' notice. If you cancel without telling me, there is a €10 surcharge that is added to the price of your next session; if you do not show up, €15. If it is because of illness or an emergency, no surcharge applies. If you have already paid for a single session and cancel, the amount is kept for another date or refunded; packages are non-refundable.
Packages
Packages include four 60-minute sessions and do not expire: unused sessions can be used for follow-up after a few months. They are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer booking at a distance, you normally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask for the service to start before that period ends and it is fully provided, you lose that right wording to be verified with a legal advisor.
Scope of the service
Psychology cannot guarantee specific results. This is not an emergency service: in a crisis, call 112 or 024.

If you have a complaint, write to me at jpastor90@gmail.com and we will sort it out. Complaint forms are available at the practice. I am not part of any other mediation or arbitration scheme, beyond the one backed by the Official College of Psychology.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
