Health psychology: individual and couples therapy, services and prices
Every session lasts 60 minutes. You can come to the practice in La Laguna or connect on Google Meet, Zoom or Teams, whichever you prefer. Prices are listed upfront, and you can ask for an invoice for each session.
I see adults and teenagers from age 13. I ask for the consent of their parents or legal guardians, who need to come to sign it; they do not have to be present in the first session.

Reports and assessments
A session report, or a detailed report using standardised tests.

Session report (€65): summarises the process to submit to a health centre, an insurer or other bodies. Detailed report (€200 plus the cost of the tests): includes an assessment with standardised tests to establish a diagnosis. I also write reports for judicial or forensic purposes for my own patients.
Delivery: one week after the last test
7-day monitoring
A wristband for 7 days, with a PDF report and a review session.

Rental of a wristband for a week that records heart rate, stress level and sleep pattern. Together with an activity diary, it helps identify patterns. Includes a PDF report sent online and a review session. The wristband is handed over and returned during a session, and you can pay half in advance and the rest on handover, or everything when you collect it at the practice. A €50 deposit is also paid when you collect it. It cannot diagnose and does not replace a psychological or medical assessment.
Duration: 7 days
You book through the appointment link and confirm the booking with me on WhatsApp. You can pay online in the store or at the practice, in cash or by card. Each session of a package is booked separately. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Important: Make sure the calendar's time zone is set to Canary Islands time. If your calendar shows another time zone, check the time before booking so the appointment is recorded at the right time.

Get a digital stamp at every session and one free session once you complete 10 sessions.

Let me know as soon as you can: if you cancel and tell me, it is free, even with less than 24 hours' notice. If you cancel without telling me, there is a €10 surcharge on your next session; if you do not show up, €15. If it is because of illness or an emergency, there is no surcharge. If you have already paid for a single session and cancel, the amount is kept for another date or refunded; packages are non-refundable.
A note on couples therapy
If there is fear or violence in your relationship, couples therapy is not the right format: message me and we can talk separately. In case of gender-based violence, call 016.
